Faithful Friends Pet Cremation is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and organized part-time team member to support families during one of the most difficult moments of their lives. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a sensitive environment and of course loves animals!

Schedule

Wednesday–Friday

9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Part-time position

Responsibilities

Greet and meet with families compassionately and professionally

Answer incoming phone calls and emails

Schedule appointments and coordinate services

Assist families with cremation options and paperwork

Take pet into our care

Maintain a calm, respectful, and organized front office environment

Process payments

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor

Comfortable working with grieving families

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage scheduling

Basic computer and phone skills

Ability to take direction and work well with others

Must be comfortable in a setting revolving around dead humans and pets.
