    AlphaGraphics Cleveland is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You will consult with customers to understand their printing, signage, and marketing needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide their projects from initial inquiry through to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Communication: Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.

    Consultation & Estimating: Discuss print, sign, and marketing projects with clients, offer expert recommendations, and generate accurate pricing quotes using our print management software.

    Order Processing: Enter job details into the system accurately, create work orders, and collect customer files and assets.

    Project Tracking: Act as the liaison between the customer and the production team, monitoring job progress to ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met.

    Customer Support: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

    Administrative Duties: Assist with invoicing, taking payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-office environment.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Experience: 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience. (Experience in the printing, signage, or graphic arts industry is highly preferred but not required).

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

    Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new point-of-sale (POS) and print management software. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

    Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
