Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving results through meaningful interactions.
In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering a positive experience while identifying needs and recommending products or services that provide value. You will play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and business growth by combining strong service skills with a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Service
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and general support needs
Create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer interaction
Communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
Ensure all customer interactions reflect company standards for professionalism and service quality
Sales & Revenue Support
Identify customer needs through conversation and active listening
Recommend relevant products, services, or solutions based on customer goals
Guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, sign-ups, or transactions
Support sales initiatives by promoting current offers, campaigns, and services
Build rapport and trust to drive customer engagement and repeat business
Problem Solving & Resolution
Address customer concerns promptly and with a solutions-oriented mindset
De-escalate issues and provide appropriate resolutions while maintaining a positive experience
Escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary
Operations & Administrative Support
Accurately process transactions, service requests, and customer updates
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Support day-to-day operations, including setup, coordination, and general administrative tasks
Ensure all tools, systems, and materials are used efficiently and correctly
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members to maintain a consistent customer experience
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer outcomes
Work Environment
