In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product and service information, and supporting sales initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience while helping the team meet overall performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and current offerings
Assist customers throughout the decision-making process
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
Address and resolve customer questions or concerns efficiently
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
Support daily sales activities and contribute to team performance targets
