    We are currently looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Associates. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in developing skills in both customer service and sales.

    In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product and service information, and supporting sales initiatives. You will play an important role in ensuring a positive customer experience while helping the team meet overall performance goals.

    This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. Candidates from retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

    Provide accurate information about products, services, and current offerings

    Assist customers throughout the decision-making process

    Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services

    Address and resolve customer questions or concerns efficiently

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement

    Support daily sales activities and contribute to team performance targets

    Stay up to date on product knowledge and company offerings

    Assist with general operational tasks as needed

    Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

    Qualifications
