    Responsibilities

    Engage directly with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience

    Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, and promotions

    Drive sales by confidently guiding customers through options and closing transactions

    Educate customers on product benefits and current offers

    Handle objections and resolve concerns while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach

    Process purchases, sign-ups, or service activations accurately

    Maintain a strong understanding of all products, services, and promotions

    Track customer interactions and sales performance

    Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
