Do you love fashion, enjoy helping people, and know how to create an exceptional customer experience? True Fashionistas, Florida’s largest lifestyle resale store, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our award-winning team at our new Fort Myers location!

This is an exciting opportunity to build a retail career in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment where every day is different and exceptional service matters.

What You’ll Do

As an important part of our customer experience, you will:

Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service

Help shoppers find pieces they love and confidently make purchases

Share product knowledge and assist with styling when appropriate

Operate the register and process transactions accurately

Assist customers in the fitting-room area

Maintain clean, organized, and inviting merchandise displays

Showcase designer and high-end merchandise

Help replenish and organize the sales floor

Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Five shifts per week

Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday availability is required

Closed every Sunday and on major holidays
