Cha & Associates American Family Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients while contributing to the agency's growth through thoughtful, needs-based sales.

Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to servicing existing clients and 40% will focus on identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional support to existing customers while identifying opportunities to strengthen their insurance protection.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to existing clients by phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Educate clients on policy options, discounts, and available coverage.

Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.

Collaborate with team members to achieve agency service and sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.

Experience providing both customer service and insurance sales support.

Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Ideal Candidate
