We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to support our customer service and sales teams behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who is organized, eager to learn, and enjoys contributing to a smooth customer experience without direct phone, email, or chat communication. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with processing customer orders and sales documentation

Support the sales team with quotes, data entry, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems

Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and logistics teams

Help ensure orders and customer requests are handled accurately and on time

Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
