Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel pumps, and surrounding areas.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products.
• Comply with all safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
• Monitor fuel pumps and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
