Some of the duties for this position are:
· Communicating and Building Relationships with current business members thru phone , email, text , social, AI , and in person
· Handling incoming and outgoing customer phone calls , emails , social media
· Acting as a purchasing agent to assist member businesses
· Prioritizing multiple duties and responsibilities
· Making proactive outgoing calls to current business clients
· Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records,
· Promoting and marketing clients
There is a generous base pay and benefits program for this full time position, but there is also a commission plan that will generously reward performers. Our compensation package includes Vacation and PTO, , This is a Monday-Friday regular business hours position. Base Salary ranges from $ 42,000 ++ bonuses and commissions paid above base.
Job Requirements
· Experience with B2B customer service , CRM ,
· Proficient in MS Office , Word, MS Outlook, Social Media , AI , and MS Excel
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Problem Solving and Organizational skills
· At least 2 year of Inside Sales, Customer Service, call center experience
· at least 2 years of College or University education preferred
· Excellent attitude and a desire to succeed and help businesses grow
