About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our customers by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth overall experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional support

Assist with order entry, tracking, and scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time

Proactively communicate updates and status information to clients

Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and account details

Help resolve service concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

Support reporting and provide insights to help improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related role

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus

A positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
