    Are you a people-person who enjoys helping homeowners and turning great conversations into results? At Chimney Cricket & Hometown Hearth, our Customer Service & Sales Representatives are the friendly first point of contact for customers looking for chimney and fireplace solutions. This role blends customer care with light sales responsibilities—you’ll help schedule appointments, recommend services, and contribute to a warm, helpful experience from the first call to the final follow-up.

    What You’ll Do:

    Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth

    Help customers schedule service appointments and answer general questions

    Listen for opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades

    Book appointments and document details in our CRM (ServiceTitan)

    Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

    Keep up-to-date on our products and services so you can offer confident, helpful guidance

    Support showroom visitors in selecting the right fireplace or hearth product

    What We’re Looking For:

    2+ years in a customer-facing role (office, retail, or call center)

    Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident phone presence

    Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

    Comfortable guiding conversations toward solutions—and sales

    Previous experience with scheduling software or CRMs is a plus

    Fireplace/chimney/hearth knowledge is great—but not required. We’ll train you!
