    Endot Industries, part of Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd., brings 50 years of expertise in manufacturing high-quality polyethylene pipe for water, wastewater, gas, and conduit applications across North America.

    We are currently seeking a hands-on Customer Shipping Coordinator at our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role ensures products are organized, packaged securely, and shipped efficiently and cost-effectively, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

    The Customer Shipping Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment by serving as the primary liaison between the manufacturing plant, freight partners, and customers. This position focuses on proactive coordination of shipments, clear communication of delivery timelines, and resolution of any logistics-related issues. The role is customer-facing and based at the manufacturing facility to facilitate real-time collaboration with production and shipping teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactive shipping coordination with customer, production, and freight partner
    • Provide administrative support to the shipping office operations,
    • Verification of sales order entry as compared to customer PO
    • Responsible to update ERP release dates based on confirmed shipping schedule
    • Schedule and coordinate daily shipments with freight carriers,
    • Prioritize shipping schedule based on production completion and customer needs
    • Prepare and maintain records of all shipments and transactions,
    • Verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments,
    • Respond to shipping requests from the Sales Department to streamline the information gathering process for our customers,
    • Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment,
    • Participate in all LEAN and 5-S activities as it pertains to the position and job location,
    • Conduct all work according to established Infra Pipe procedures, policies and standards and other duties/tasks as determined by supervisor/manager,
    • Other duties/tasks/projects as determined by the supervisor.
    • Job functions and duties are subject to change, depending on the business needs of the company and as determined by manager

    Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with an integrated ERP system is an asset.
    • Ability to build rapport and present information effectively to customers and colleagues.
    • A willingness to learn and maintain a solid understanding of our product lines.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction building materials environment is a plus.
