Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar field
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the automotive or power electronics industry
- Strong automotive power electronics experience, including expertise in high-voltage power conversion systems, DC/DC converters, inverters, or on-board chargers
- Demonstrated experience with automotive manufacturing development cycles, processes, and production timelines
- Proven ability to develop and communicate complex technical proposals, specifications, and documentation to diverse stakeholder audiences
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to conduct system assessments and provide optimization recommendations
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams in a technical capacity
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, compliance requirements, and functional safety principles (e.g., ISO 26262)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
