Client Engagement Manager – Texas (Remote with Regional Travel)

A growing education services provider is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Client Engagement Manager to support its expansion across Texas. This role focuses on building partnerships with K-12 public and charter school districts to place high-quality teaching candidates, drive program engagement, and increase regional impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current relationships with district and charter school leaders to support teacher placement and professional development programs.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet placement and sales goals.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, webinars, and presentations with education leaders to promote program offerings.
- Represent the company at state and national education conferences.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to support client needs and program delivery.
- Travel 20–30% of the time; some evening and weekend work may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years in client-facing sales, educational partnerships, or relationship management roles.
- Experience working with or selling into K-12 school systems is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently, managing outreach, and meeting KPIs.
- Strong organizational and CRM skills.
