Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of leading and coaching the inside sales team.
- Set performance benchmarks and follow up with inside sales team to track customer service and revenue goals.
- Work with inside sales team to coach and improve performance.
- Onboard new customers and maintain positive working relationships.
- Provide constructive feedback to the leadership team to improve processes.
- Work with all teams to promote a consistent message and customer experience.
- Utilize a CRM and ERP system to track performance and provide feedback and coaching opportunities to leadership and inside sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in inside sales, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a professional, go-getter attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in business-to-business sales (construction material supply industry like tile and stone a plus).
