    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for all aspects of leading and coaching the inside sales team.
    • Set performance benchmarks and follow up with inside sales team to track customer service and revenue goals.
    • Work with inside sales team to coach and improve performance.
    • Onboard new customers and maintain positive working relationships.
    • Provide constructive feedback to the leadership team to improve processes.
    • Work with all teams to promote a consistent message and customer experience.
    • Utilize a CRM and ERP system to track performance and provide feedback and coaching opportunities to leadership and inside sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in inside sales, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Professional appearance and a professional, go-getter attitude.
    • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience in business-to-business sales (construction material supply industry like tile and stone a plus).
