Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Track, document, and resolve client concerns with efficiency and professionalism
Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve technical or service-related issues
Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Assist with onboarding new clients and updating client information as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using customer support software and basic office applications
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
