    Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems

    • Track, document, and resolve client concerns with efficiency and professionalism

    • Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve technical or service-related issues

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided

    • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

    • Assist with onboarding new clients and updating client information as needed
