Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and company policies
Document customer interactions and track service issues
Assist in resolving complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Support other administrative and operational functions as needed

Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
