We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Miami. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive timely, clear, and effective assistance with our services and software. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and support, helping resolve issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and offering solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Identify and report recurring technical issues and customer feedback
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
