We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You will act as a key liaison between the company and its customers, delivering accurate information and support in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
Provide product or service information and resolve product/service problems
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Patience and a customer-focused attitude
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
