    About Us: We’re a fast-growing ticketing company that specializes in delivering premium event access to sports, concerts, and entertainment experiences across the country.     Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the frontline voice of our company—assisting customers with ticket orders, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to event day.

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat

    Handle ticket order updates, exchanges, and delivery questions

    Troubleshoot account and payment issues

    Coordinate with operations team to resolve escalated cases

    Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system

    Deliver timely, clear, and friendly support—even under pressure

    What We’re Looking For:

    1–3 years of customer service or ticketing experience

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Quick problem-solving ability and calm under pressure

    Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    Familiarity with major ticket platforms (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, etc.) is a plus

    Must be available for occasional weekend or evening support during high-demand events
