About the Role:
** As a Customer Support Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. Whether it's answering questions, updating client records, or making clients feel at ease, your role will ensure each person who interacts with us feels supported and confident.

This is an in-office, full-time position based in Irvine, CA — remote work is not available for this role. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing solutions, and spreading good energy, we want you on our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• ****Answering incoming calls, greeting new clients, and guiding them through next steps
• Assisting clients with simple questions and ensuring they feel heard and valued
• Updating and maintaining client information in our CRM system (Logic)
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions for clients
• Creating a positive and friendly first impression that sets the tone for their experience with us

We're Looking For:

• **** Bilingual? Even better! Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
• Experience in call centers or customer service roles — bonus if you have experience in a tax, finance or law firm environment (but not required!)
• A naturally bubbly, upbeat , and positive attitude — we need someone who brings energy to every call and interaction
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly
• A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and loves being part of a supportive, collaborative team
