Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain logistical or technical issues clearly.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles
- Reliable access to a PC or Mac with strong internet connectivity (Chromebooks/iPads not supported)
Highly prefer candidates to have:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Experience working in logistics, shipping, or hardware-related environments
- Ability to maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
