About the Role:
MyShop Technologies, a fast-growing startup providing smart ordering solutions for small businesses, is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Success & Support Representative to join our Miami team.
In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our clients are happy, supported, and successful. You'll provide customer service, onboarding assistance, and day-to-day support to our restaurant and retail clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Guide new clients through onboarding and setup
- Answer product-related questions and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical or service-related challenges
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with basic technology (tablets, software, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or account management – a plus
