Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing timely, accurate, and effective support across various communication channels. You will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthening the company’s reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
Document customer interactions and track issues for future reference and quality assurance
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
