In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing timely, accurate, and effective support across various communication channels. You will play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthening the company’s reputation for excellent service.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets

    • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions

    • Document customer interactions and track issues for future reference and quality assurance

    • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns

    • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction
