Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
Document customer interactions and issues accurately
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
