    • Document customer interactions and issues accurately

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution

    • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues or customer concerns

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
