- Tuesday–Saturday: 1:00pm–10:00pm
- Sunday–Thursday: 1:00pm–10:00pm
- Friday–Monday: 11:00am–10:00pm
What You’ll Do - Customer Support Specialist
- Be the first point of contact for customers calling in for service, support, or sales—listen, understand, and confidently guide them to the right solution.
- Gather the details needed to accurately create service tickets and ensure dispatchers can assign the best-fit technician.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and pricing when needed.
- Maintain organized and detailed notes within ticketing systems to support efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude—no matter the situation.
- Support the service team with additional administrative or customer-related tasks as needed.
What You Bring - Customer Support Specialist
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Confidence working independently without close supervision.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other technical tools.
