    Customer Support Specialist – HealthTouch® System

    Join Our Team at MCR Technologies

    We’re looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting HealthTouch®, our Patient Nutrition Management System used in over 500 hospital diet offices across the U.S.

    HealthTouch® streamlines the food ordering and production process for patient meals, integrating seamlessly with hospital systems to ensure accurate and efficient service. It supports dietary restrictions, tracks trays, performs nutritional analysis, and maintains order history.


    What You’ll Do

    As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the frontline connection between our clients and our technology. Your responsibilities will include:

    • On-site system installation and configuration
    • On-site and remote training** for hospital staff via phone and web conferencing
    • Comprehensive phone support** using remote access tools (web-based or VPN)
    • Advanced hardware setup and troubleshooting**

    What We’re Looking For

    The ideal candidate will bring:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
    • Proficiency in Windows OS (including server) and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
    • A professional, neat and authoritative presence for client-facing interactions
    • Willingness to travel approximately one week per month
    • Bonus: Experience with hospital diet office procedures or HL7 language
