About You:
True Nutrition is seeking an excellent full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our growing
team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers through phone,
email, chat, and other communication channels while assisting with various administrative and
operational support functions.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about helping
customers find solutions in a timely and positive manner
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
● Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online reviews
● Assist customers with placing orders, product questions, returns, and refunds
● Provide accurate and professional communication regarding customer concerns and
resolutions
● Escalate customer issues as needed and communicate trends or feedback to management
● Help maintain a positive customer experience for all customers
Administrative & Office Support
● Work closely with the Customer Support Manager to support daily operations
● Maintain quality control and internal documentation
● Utilize basic computer systems, email communication, and website navigation tools
● Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
Shipping & Logistics Support
● Assist with shipping-related customer requests using USPS, FedEx, and UPS platforms
● Generate shipping labels and return labels as needed
● Assist with shipment modifications and tracking inquiries
● Support APO/Military order processing
Qualifications
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Professional and customer-focused demeanor
● Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous customer service experience
● Knowledge or interest in the health, fitness, or supplement industry
● High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule & Work Environment
● Full-time
● Monday through Friday
● 7:30AM-4:00PM
● In-person position located in an office setting (Vista, CA)
● Ability to occasionally lift and move packages up to 25 pounds and perform routine
office and shipping-related tasks.
