Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions
Document customer interactions and track issues for resolution follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Maintain a positive and patient tone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to help improve service processes and customer experience
Stay up to date on products, services, and system updates
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with CRM or ticketing software
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
