Superior Fence & Rail of Western Connecticut is an industry leader seeking an experienced full time Customer Support Specialist. Full benefits, including health insurance are offered.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide a great customer service experience for all customers
Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales team & management
Making outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
Receiving inbound calls from customers
Determine if Homeowners Association (HOA) approval or permit is required
Prepare and file permits with various municipalities
Submit/Track HOA and Permit approvals
Providing support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entry
Assisting operations personnel as needed

Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of permitting experience preferred
At least two (2) years of customer service experience
Previous appointment scheduling experience
Computer skills (Google’s G Suite is preferred)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
Pass drug screening
The Superior candidate will be:
Skilled in verbal and written communication
Highly attentive to detail and exceptional organizational skills
A self-starter
Proficient in typing and computer skills, especially Google’s G Suite applications
Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
