    What You’ll Do

    Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide friendly, accurate support

    Handle customer requests, account changes, service updates, and scheduling needs

    Respond to new sales inquiries via phone, email, and web forms

    Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (training provided)

    Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding tasks

    Coordinate internally with sales, service, and dispatch to keep operations in sync

    Maintain documentation, customer records, and service details with precision
