    The Customer & Community Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing programs that strengthen IFS Copperleaf’s relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators, while cultivating a thriving, engaged community.

    This role sits at the intersection of customer success, partner engagement, and community engagement, with a strong focus on install base growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

    You’ll champion customer and partner advocacy, manage community initiatives, and bring to life real-world stories that demonstrate the value of IFS Copperleaf’s decision analytics platform.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer and Community Strategy

    • Build and manage a structured customer and community advocacy program that amplifies success stories, proof points, and shared outcomes.
    • Establish a clear framework to capture customer insights and success stories, creating a continuous feedback loop with Product Marketing, Campaign, and Field teams to inform messaging, content, and go-to-market strategy.
    • Develop and execute initiatives that deepen relationships with customers, system integrators, and key collaborators across the IFS Copperleaf ecosystem.
    • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to identify engagement opportunities that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and advocacy.

    2. Go-to-Market Campaigns and Content

    • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns that elevate customer success, highlight ecosystem collaboration, and accelerate install-base expansion.
    • Create co-developed content and assets — including case studies, success stories, videos, and solution spotlights — that demonstrate the shared value of IFS Copperleaf solutions.
    • Collaborate with regional and field marketing teams to localize and activate community-led initiatives globally, ensuring consistency of storytelling and alignment with customer engagement objectives.

    3. Performance and Reporting

    • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer and ecosystem marketing activities - including pipeline contribution, engagement levels, and advocacy metrics.
    • Report regularly on program performance and insights to marketing and sales leadership, providing recommendations to optimize strategy and investment.

    Leverage best-in-class AI tools and marketing technologies to analyse performance, personalise engagement, and scale impact - supported by dedicated analytics, operations, and digital teams.

    • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or asset management industries.
    • Proven track record in partner or ecosystem marketing, alliance marketing, or co-marketing roles.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and go-to-market motions in complex partner environments.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience managing multiple projects across regions and functions.
    • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with IFS or similar enterprise software ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with energy, utilities, transportation, or infrastructure sectors.
    • Expertise in content development, ABM, and digital campaign management.
    • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

    • Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000 plus 10% bonus potential
