What You’ll Do
Operate our Customer relationship platform to help address customer concerns.
Manage incoming phone calls, appointment reminders, and repair status updates. scheduling appointments.
Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders and customer information
Assist with warranty submissions, parts coordination, and service follow-up
Support overall shop flow to help ensure timely, high-quality repairs
What We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive service, customer service, or scheduling (preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems
Positive attitude and a team-first approach
