    • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily workflows to ensure 100% "first-time-right" entry processing, meeting all KPIs for timeliness and release.

    • Resource Management: Manage account distribution, approve scheduling/PTO, and ensure the team is balanced and resilient.

    Technical Compliance & Expertise
    • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure total adherence to CBP and PGA requirements. Serve as the subject matter expert on HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin.

    • Special Programs: Guide the team through complex duty mitigation strategies, including USMCA, FTZ, and provisional duty programs.

    • Process Innovation: Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and adapt to changing trade laws.

    Client & Stakeholder Relations
    • Advisory Services: Act as a consultant for internal and external stakeholders on import regulations and trade compliance.

    • Problem Resolution: Coordinate directly with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to resolve shipment delays or compliance inquiries.

    • Experienced: 5+ years in customs brokerage, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    • Expert Knowledge: Deep familiarity with U.S. import regulations, HTSUS classification, and PGA requirements.

    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard brokerage software.

    • Analytical: You can make sound, critical decisions even when information is limited or the situation is high-pressure.

    Preferred Qualifications:
