We are partnering with a well-established Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding company to find their next Customs Entry Specialist. Our client has been a trusted name in the industry for over a century and operates with a collaborative team of 50+ professionals. About the Role

This position sits at the heart of the U.S. Customs entry process. Day-to-day, you'll be reviewing import documentation for accuracy, entering ISF and entry data into an operating system, coordinating with carriers to track shipments, and serving as a key point of contact for customers by phone and email. You'll process a variety of entry types and commodities — including those with additional government agency requirements — and work directly with importers to gather the information needed for proper classification.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet consistent deadlines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience a plus
• CCS certification or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
