    Job Description

    CUT DA CARB HAS AN EXCITING POSITION AVAILABLE FOR AN OUTGOING AND DYNAMIC PERSONALITY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER TO AID IN OUR SOCIAL MEDIA EFFORTS TO INTRODUCE AND PROMOTE OUR AMAZING PRODUCT TO OUR AUDIENCE. THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT, CONTENT CREATION, ANALYTICS REPORTS, AS WELL AS IDENTIFYING AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT TO INCREASE BRAND AWARENESS

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • CONTRIBUTE TO MARKETING STRATEGY BY LEVERAGING SOCIAL MEDIA TO IDENTIFY AND ACQUIRE CUSTOMERS 

    • BE THE FACE OF THE BRAND, BY COMMUNICATING WITH AUDIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA

    • ACHIEVE FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES BY PREPARING AN ANNUAL BUDGET, SCHEDULING EXPENDITURES, ANALYZING VARIANCES, AND INITIATING CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

    • ADS MANAGEMENT ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, INCLUDING FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, PINTEREST, TIKTOK AND YOUTUBE

    • MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS, AND SEEK NEW INFLUENCERS

    • STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH SOCIAL MEDIA TRENDS, CHANGES AND ADVANCES

    • CREATE AND MANAGE A REGULAR PUBLISHING SCHEDULE ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

    • SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION- INCLUDING PRODUCTION OF ENGAGING CONTENT AND CREATIVE WRITING

    • MAINTAIN SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING STAFF BY RECRUITING, SELECTING, ORIENTING, AND TRAINING EMPLOYEES

    • MANAGE THE CREATION AND PUBLISHING OF RELEVANT, ORIGINAL, HIGH-QUALITY CONTENT

    • AID IN THE BRAND’S VISUAL DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BRAND IMAGE 

    • SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR MANAGEMENT

    • OVERSEE AND COORDINATE CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING TRENDS

    • COORDINATE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS WITH SALES ACTIVITIES

    • REVIEW AND OPTIMIZE MARKETING BUDGET

    • MONITOR AND REPORT ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S DEGREE IN MARKETING OR A RELATED FIELD

    • EXPERIENCE IN A MARKETING MANAGERIAL ROLE

    • 2-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING FIELD WITH A FOCUS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, PREFERABLY IN THE FOOD PRODUCT INDUSTRY

    • PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGING ADS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

    • STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS

    • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF AD SERVING TOOLS

    • DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE LEADING AND MANAGING SEO/SEM, MARKETING DATABASE, AND SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS

    • EXPERIENCE IN SETTING UP AND OPTIMIZING PPC CAMPAIGNS ON ALL MAJOR SEARCH ENGINES

    • STRONG WRITING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    • MUST BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND POSSESS A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CONTENT AND MEDIA FLOW FOR MARKETING

    • MUST BE ORGANIZED, CREATIVE, AND EXTREMELY DETAIL-ORIENTED

    • SELF-MOTIVATED, RESOURCEFUL, “CAN-DO” ATTITUDE
