Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Cut & Replace Asphalt professional who knows the work end-to-end. This is not entry-level. You should be able to handle jobs independently, work efficiently, and deliver clean, professional results.

Responsibilities:

Perform asphalt cut & replace for parking lots, drive lanes, and other asphalt surfaces

Saw-cut asphalt accurately

Excavate, prep sub-base, and compact properly

Install and compact hot mix asphalt to grade

Ensure smooth transitions and clean edges

Operate skid steer, saws, rollers, plate compactors, and hand tools

Follow safety procedures and jobsite standards

Work with crew to meet schedules and quality expectations

Requirements:

Proven experience with asphalt cut & replace (must have real field experience)

Ability to read site conditions and execute without hand-holding

Familiar with compaction standards and asphalt thickness requirements

Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience on commercial properties (retail centers, malls, warehouses)

Equipment operation experience
