Job Description

Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers on Cutera aesthetic devices.   This is a consultant (1099)/per diem trainer position.  Per Diem Trainers will be paid for each training completed and all reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct on-site clinical training at physician offices on the safe and effective use of their Cutera aesthetic devices
• Travel for trainings will include overnight/multi-day trips
• Ability to respond to Training department communications in a timely manner
• Communicate directly with customer accounts to schedule and set up trainings
• Attend Train the Trainer Events and Train the Trainer webinars for updated training on Cutera systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• RN, NP, PA, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience with one or more Cutera devices 
  • excel V / excel V+
  • excel HR
  • xeo
  • enlighten, enlighten SR or enlighten III
  • truSculpt iD and/or truSculpt flex
  • Secret RF and/or Secret PRO
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications such as hair removal, vascular, photo rejuvenation, acne, tattoo removal, body contouring, etc.
• Experience working in a Dermatology office is highly preferred
• Must be available to travel and perform trainings on weekdays with 2-3 weeks’ notice
• Consultant/Per Diem trainers must have own equipment (laptop for presentations, cell phone, email, etc.)
• Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
• Experience with travel-based fieldwork is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
• Availability to conduct 4+ trainings per month
