Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and staff on Cutera devices
- Provide customer, sales representative, distributor, and clinical trainer support via phone, email, and personalized webinars
- Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events when necessary
- Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of Cutera training needs including end-users, Cutera clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors
- Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions, and provide general clinical support
- Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars
- Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips
REQUIREMENTS:
- RN, NP, PA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Dermatology or Aesthetic office
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the use of lasers for aesthetic/dermatologic applications
- Experience in Dermatologist office highly preferred
- Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
- Experience with travel-based field-work highly preferred
- Ability to assist in the development of training materials
- Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
