Staff Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team!

What you’d be doing:

Assist CFO with day-to-day, month, and year-end reporting processes

Prepare and enter journal entries and account reconciliations

Assist and support with financial audit preparation (previous audit experience preferred)

Assist with annual budget planning

Prepare scheduled financial reports

Interpret data as necessary

File state sales tax returns

Prepare and file annual 1099s

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree

3 years’ of related experience

Demonstrated proficiency level with accounting/financial reporting software and excel

Strong understanding of GAAP

Detail oriented
