Parking Lot Maintenance Team!

Candidates MUST be experienced in striping parking lots, punctual, flexible, take well to direction, have strong safety awareness and pay close attention to detail.

What you’d be doing:

Layout and install pavement markings parking lots, athletic courts, and other various requirements

Calculate field measurements using site maps, plans, or google earth images

Track and record quantities of pavement markings on each project

Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance

Navigate from job site to job site using maps and/or GPS

Load and unload trucks as needed on a daily basis.

Drive company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job site

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

On-site clean up as necessary

What you bring to the table:

High School Diploma/GED is preferred

Previous asphalt maintenance experience and/or construction experience is preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Hardworking attitude with a strong attention to detail

Be able to pass drug screen

Ability to work 10 hours daily with overtime as needed

Typical physical demand of this job include: sitting, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and lifting 50lbs
