Protege by Cutting Loose Salon is a unique Advanced Level Mentorship program for licensed professionals. Protege stylists assisted some of the best in the industry at Cutting Loose Salon, while continuing to practice their own craft and attending weekly technical seminars. The goal of protege stylist is to speed their progress toward complete mastery, while learning advanced cutting and coloring techniques not covered in cosmetology school. Protege's progress through the program while building their own clientele, and then graduate to be stylist at Cutting Loose Salon.

Responsibilities

Protégé training (approx. 6-18mo. depending on experience)

Customized training while learning from master stylists

Goldwell Color System

French Haircutting System

Technical and interpersonal skills

All aspects of customer service

Professional etiquette

Knowledge of retail products

Increase confidence and expand knowledge

Compensation: $9.00-$10.00 +tips
