Responsibilities

Cuyana is looking for a Keyholder who understands that exceptional customer service is the key to creating a memorable retail experience. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated team players and leaders who always go above and beyond for the customer. The ideal candidate embodies the Fewer Better philosophy and is passionate about fashion. Business building and strong communication skills are required to be successful in the keyholder role. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong emphasis on customer service Build business in the stores with strong focus on customers Able to open and close stores and follow all processes and procedures Meet daily sales goals and KPIs Be able to drive business through interacting with customers and building relationships Must be able to organize and motivate the sales team Expert on product knowledge and product education for customers and other sales associates Process and receive stock transfer- communicate with cross functional teams Complete all store transactions- purchases, returns, exchanges Acting manager on the floor when manager is not present Actively maintain store cleanliness and organization Merchandise the sales floor with direction from manager and product team Work cross-departmentally to support initiatives Clean, maintain and organize stockroom Organize and lead in-store events and partnerships ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORS: Strong leadership and organization skills Dependable and trustworthy with all store responsibilities Professional attitude and customer service focused Strong work ethic and ownership over role and responsibilities Approachable, warm, available and welcoming to in-store staff Capable of handling difficult customer interactions and conversations QUALIFICATIONS: Weekend availability required Flexible working schedules- weekends, events, evenings, etc Retail and keyholder experience required Ability to carry boxes 25 - 30lbs for stock transfers Can bend, reach, lift and move stock and products Strong written and verbal skills
