We offer a wide array of service solutions for online gaming operators to help improve their platforms, with innovative technology and proven market tactics. The client experience means everything in online gaming and conduet® helps bring that positive touchpoint to a multitude of operators.

    We are currently looking to hire Sales Conversions Specialists who pride themselves on their excellent interpersonal skills and ability to troubleshoot and convert users to each platform we service.

    In this role, your focus will include areas of the Sales and Customer Service experience, including, but not limited to: converting clients to the platform we service, troubleshooting client difficulties, and creating a strong initial relationship with clients.

    In this role, you will be expected to take what you learn from daily support interactions and translate that into a better customer experience. We are looking for team members that are comfortable working across various departments and aren’t afraid to share their thoughts and ideas.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Strong knowledge of a multitude of sport & sport business
    • Basic knowledge of wagering and the overall industry is a plus
    • Ability to make a wide range of calls to a variety of clients
    • Converting users who may have had bad experiences
    • Converting users who have not been able to bet
    • Ability to rectify relations with users
    • Adept at high-pressure service situations
    • Ability to provide a high-quality initial experience to the user
    • Ability to problem solve and react to clients needs on the fly
    • Follow Outbound Call Workflow guidelines
    • Willingness to work a variety of days and hours
    • 7-day schedule (Mon-Sun), multiple shifts available (Morning & Evening)
    • Strong phone support skills
    • Follow Outbound Calls workflow/script
    • Ability to translate instructions to the user in a way that is actionable for them
    • Provide strong instruction while displaying empathy to act as a guide through pain points within various conversion processes
    • Adept to high pressure, fast-moving situations
    • Ability to react and solve client needs on the fly
    • Ability to quickly retain complex state by state processes and information
