Responsibilities: • Responding to online inquiries via phone calls, email, and text messages • Create and maintain automated marketing campaigns to leads using our CRM tools • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Discuss goals to effectively sell/buy a house • Negotiate contracts and work closing with other agents, transaction coordinators, title companies, etc. to ensure a smooth transaction • "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and very best advice • Prepare a detailed list of property amenities and assess market impact • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents Qualifications: • CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Ability and flexibility to work 7 days a week when a client needs you • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Comfortable calling online leads to get more information about their real estate needs • Familiarity with the Cypress, TX real estate market • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 21 years of age Compensation: $70,000+ (commission based)
