Consultant Qualifications Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT Technical Support in an enterprise environment. • Minimum 1 year experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating system • Minimum 1 year experience supporting mobile devices running Android or Apple iOS operating systems. • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Android and iOS devices. • Experience using ticketing systems for task assignment and resolution
Education and Skills: • Associate’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity engineering, information systems or related discipline. • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android and Apple iOS operating systems • Experience installing operating system and security software on multiple computers, smartphones and other equipment. • Understand and follow broad and complex instructions in verbal and written form. • Comprehend technical language and to confer, analyze and communicate in an objective, lucid manner. • Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes; • Preferred certifications: A+ from CompTIA
