    We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Specialist to join our team. The Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth initiatives through strategic planning, experimentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, creative thinking skills, and a passion for identifying opportunities that lead to scalable and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to introduce our products/services and generate interest • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the company's ideal customer profile • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and market conditions • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives • Constant communication with new and existing clients • Perform follow-ups and send necessary documents with a new and potential client • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress • Gather feedback from clients • End-of-day reporting Qualifications: • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (Including cold calling) • Leadership skills are a must to be able to coach team members • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to deliver engaging presentations • Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, Google Workspace, and Zoom application • Skilled in asking probing questions to potential clients to gather their needs • Must have fantastic problem-solving skills, enabling them to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise in carrying out a growth management plan Compensation: $45,000 yearly + commission
