    Pay Rate: $90/hour
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite required, with up to 2 days/week remote

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity IAM Engineer / SailPoint Developer & Architect to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IAM architecture, identity lifecycle management, and integrations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, configure, and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
    • Develop SailPoint workflows, BeanShell rules, lifecycle events, connectors, provisioning, and application onboarding.
    • Support IIQ-to-ISC migration initiatives.
    • Design and implement IAM solutions using RBAC, ABAC, JML, access certifications, and SoD.
    • Integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, HR systems, and cloud platforms.
    • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, SCIM, APIs, and Java.
    • Support Microsoft Entra PIM, Okta, and Citizen IAM/CIAM initiatives.
    • Troubleshoot IAM issues and support production environments, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
    • Apply Zero Trust and least-privilege principles to IAM solutions.
    • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, HRIS, and ServiceNow teams.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong SailPoint IdentityIQ development/administration experience.
    • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
    • Strong IAM architecture and Identity Governance experience.
    • SailPoint workflows, BeanShell, connectors, provisioning, and application onboarding.
    • Java, REST/SOAP, SCIM, APIs.
    • Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
    • ServiceNow integration experience.
    • RBAC/ABAC, JML, access certifications, and SoD.
    • Strong troubleshooting and enterprise integration experience.

    Preferred: Okta, Citizen IAM/CIAM, Entra PIM, PAM, SailPoint Access Modeling/History, and IIQ-to-ISC migration experience.
