Main Focus
- Lead the Admissions effort for Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four
- Provide coaching and feedback to Intake Specialists
- Identify and successfully engage with Prospective Students
- Goal is 30 enrollments per month
- Track and drive performance metrics for Admissions Team to meet institutional goals, and communicate progress as well as any concerns to direct supervisors
Responsibilities
- Source prospective students/leads online using Social Media, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Initiate, maintain, and actively develop referral partnerships with community organizations
- Develop and implement lead generation plans
- Actively generate personal referrals and participate in special recruiting or promotional activities such as job fairs and other community events
- Meet prospective students and assess their educational needs, concerns, barriers, and interests via face-to-face or virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Explain the benefits and objectives of the various programs offered by Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four
- Be knowledgeable about the different funding options and investment methods (loan, grant, scholarship, etc.) available to students
- Schedule and facilitate prospective students’ initial meeting with Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four; including the Information Session, collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to complete Program Advising, and coordination of the Financial Aid Meeting
- Assist applicants through Cybersecurity Institute at Lab Four’s admissions process as well as any application process associated with funding (in coordination with the Financial Aid Specialist), ensuring all required documentation is submitted and organized according to the Student File Checklist
- Encourage and uplift prospective students to overcome barriers and pursue a brighter future; act as a personal coach to help them throughout the admissions process and as they transition into the classroom
- Maintain high level of communication with both Prospective Students and management/staff
- Build relationships with community partners; become familiar with the careers/industries with which we work
- Submit completed Applicant File (per Student File Checklist, including all electronic steps) to Admissions for approval
- Assist Registration with updating Pending Rosters based on where applicants are in the process
- Assist in conducting New Student/Class Orientation
- Participate in retention efforts; maintain productive contact with active students/recent alumni

Sales background or experience strongly recommended

Ability to effectively multi-task
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
Certification in Microsoft Office applications preferred
Basic printing/faxing/scanning
